How can I clean my resistance band?

• We recommend that you do not put your resistance band in the washing machine as this may damage it and impair the strength of resistance. 

• To clean your band, please hand wash in cold water and -if necessary- a mild detergent. Then lay flat to air dry, out of direct sunlight.
